Dealer Notes

If you're in the market for a do-everything four-door that's incredibly safe, efficient, and affordable, the Legacy is your best choice. This particular Legacy boasts the Premium package, which steps up on optional equipment and features. Alloy wheels wrapped in new all-season tires. 2.5L H4 engine and a CVT transmission ensures a smooth powerband, ample torque for steep inclines and incliment weather, not to mention fuel efficiency which is something that AWD vehicles, namely Subaru has struggled to keep up with the competition on...until now! At Ayer's we like Subarus because they offer the customer a very versatile driving experience. Practical size-not a boat nor a compact, AWD confidence, and plenty of tech. 4-wheel ABS, side curtain and overhead airbags, traction control and electronic stability assist, braking assist, and much much more. I have owned 24 new cars and many used in my life and this one ranks on top. First Subaru we have owned, liked it so much sold a 2014 Acura RDX to buy a new 2018 Cross Trek, now a 2 Subaru home, my daughter also bought a 2018 Subaru Cross Trek. These Subarus are truly amazing cars, my wife was the one that wanted a Subaru and got the ball rolling.

My first Subaru (owned japanese and german cars before). Read all reviews, improvements, etc. Like everything about the car, OTHER than the unpleasant mild vibration felt at the steering wheel coming from the front suspension/engine/wheels. You feel all the fans/belt operating the engine and the road itself when you are driving - no matter how smooth the roads are or how slow/fast you are going. HARSH and disappointing. Drove the 2.5 and this is not an issue in those. I would not recommend the 3.6r. Dealer re-balanced the tires which did not change anything. Car only has 1700 miles.

Handsome, smooth, AWD, saftey based technology that is just second to none. as stated 5400 miles, buy a German boxer that has been refined by Japanese engineers for over 50 years.... I say reliable, CVT transmission, backed by subaru for life... Again only 5400 but I bet the electronics go first, hope not.
